Introduction & Eligibility
SportGamblers (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating under a Curaçao eGaming licence. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SportGamblers.
By registering or using the services of SportGamblers, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use SportGamblers. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance to their registered email address. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.

Account & Registration
Each person may only register one account at SportGamblers. Multiple accounts under the same individual are strictly prohibited, and all associated balances may be forfeited.
All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Creating an account with false details is a direct violation of SportGamblers' Terms & Conditions.
- You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
- Your account password must be kept confidential — sharing it with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
- Creating or operating an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
- Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
Warning: Running multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be detected and all associated accounts will be closed.
Section 3
Identity Verification (KYC)
SportGamblers complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, member identity verification is carried out in certain circumstances.
KYC verification is generally required when: making your first withdrawal, processing a large transaction, or when the SportGamblers security team deems verification necessary.
- Scanned copy of National ID or Passport — Both sides.
- Address Verification — Bank statement or utility bill (within the last 3 months).
- Payment Method Verification — The bKash/Nagad number must be registered under the same name as the account.
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits & Payments
SportGamblers currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
- Maximum Deposit (daily): varies by membership tier
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
- The name on the payment method must match the name on the account
- Third-party deposits are not accepted
If there is an unusual delay in your deposit being credited, please contact SportGamblers support with your transaction reference number.
SportGamblers does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Policy
SportGamblers is committed to paying out winnings quickly and reliably. Understanding our withdrawal policy will help make the process as smooth as possible.
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
- Standard processing time: 1–3 hours
- For VIP members: Priority Processing
- Withdrawals are only available via the same method used for the deposit
- Daily limits are determined by membership tier
Bonus Balance: Bonus balances with incomplete wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Funds only become withdrawable once all wagering conditions have been met.
For large winnings (over ৳50,000), SportGamblers may require additional time to complete a security review. This is a standard procedure carried out in the interest of our members.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonus and promotion offers at SportGamblers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.
- Wagering multiple: A wagering requirement of 20x–35x applies to the bonus amount before any withdrawal.
- Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date — once it expires, the bonus is forfeited.
- Multiple bonuses at the same time: Unless part of a specific promotion, multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games.
- Per-person limit: Each bonus can only be claimed once per account.
SportGamblers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus programme at any time. Where an active bonus is affected, members will be given reasonable notice before any changes take effect.
SportGamblers' cashback bonus has no wagering requirements — it can be withdrawn directly.
Section 7
Betting Rules
For all betting disputes on SportGamblers, the decision of SportGamblers shall be final.
- Once confirmed in live betting, bets cannot be cancelled.
- SportGamblers reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
- If a match is cancelled, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
- If a selection in an accumulator is voided, it is removed and the remaining selections determine the payout.
- If match-fixing or betting manipulation is detected, the relevant bets and winnings will be forfeited.
Section 8
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following actions constitute a direct violation of SportGamblers' terms and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Bonus system abuse or arbitrage betting
- Registering under a false identity or submitting fraudulent KYC information
- Betting with third-party funds or money laundering
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in SportGamblers for unfair advantage
- Threatening other members or engaging in misconduct
If any prohibited activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately without prior notice and, where necessary, the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming
SportGamblers believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a burden. That's why we provide all members with a range of active Responsible Gaming tools.
- Deposit limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
- Self-Exclusion: Option to suspend your account for a set period or permanently.
- Reality Check: Session reminder alerts are sent at regular intervals.
- Loss Limit: Automatic betting suspension after a specified loss threshold is reached.

Section 10
Account Suspension & Termination
Either SportGamblers or the member may close an account, though the process and conditions differ in each case.
On behalf of the member: You can request account closure by contacting our support team via live chat or email. The account will be closed once all pending bets are settled and any withdrawable balance has been paid out.
On behalf of SportGamblers: In cases of terms violations, fraud, or prohibited activities, SportGamblers reserves the right to close an account immediately.
After account closure, any regular balance (excluding bonuses) remains eligible for withdrawal, unless it has been forfeited due to a terms violation.
Section 11
Changes to Terms & Legal Interpretation
SportGamblers reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered email or a site notice.
Continued use of SportGamblers following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms, the decision of SportGamblers' management shall be final. All legal disputes are governed under the legal framework of Curaçao.
